Job summary

Guardian Service Industries Inc in West New York, NJ is seeking an Assistant Superintendent for a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30am–5:00pm) with a pay rate of $25.00 per hour. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acts as a conduit for routine maintenance requests and communicates with the manager/supervisor.
• Performs general plumbing repairs such as toilet repair, faucets and minor leaks.
• Performs minor electrical repairs (outlets, switches, bulbs).
• Replace general hardware (doors, doorknobs, locks) and repair tiles.
• Handle minor cosmetic updates (paint, plaster, sanding).
• Maintain and upkeep building equipment and manage work orders.
• Assist with janitorial tasks when needed.
