Royale Company is seeking a skilled Superintendent to maintain a luxury condominium property in Manhattan. You will perform minor maintenance, landscaping, plumbing, electrical work, and ensure common areas look pristine and residents are safe.

This is a part-time on-site role with an 8am-4pm schedule (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri). Prior 3+ years as a superintendent or handyman is preferred; English fluency required; pay is $25 per hour.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience as a superintendent or handyman.
• Fluent in English.
• Basic knowledge of boilers, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Experience in HVAC or VRF systems.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and inspect equipment daily, including boilers, pumps, fans, and extinguishers.
• Paint, grout, and clean apartments after tenants vacate.
• Perform preventative maintenance of building systems, drains, and gutters.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Maintain good relations with resident owners, tenants, and staff.
