Job summary

NALS Apartment Homes in Phoenix is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to organize and direct day-to-day maintenance operations on-site, leading the on-site team to preserve a high standard of the property’s interior and exterior appearance and to ensure at least 50% rent-ready units.

You will manage Make-Ready boards, service requests, safety protocols, and unit turns while coordinating with vendors and residents.

Qualifications

• Must possess skills relating to all building systems.
• Excellent management, training and motivational skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with vendors, residents, and team members.
• Experience in maintenance operations within multifamily properties.

Responsibilities

• Organize and direct day-to-day maintenance operations on-site.
• Lead the maintenance team and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Complete and update Make-Ready Board and oversee service requests.
• Respond to after-hours calls and emergencies.
• Oversee unit turns and maintain logs and records.
