Job summary

NALS Apartment Homes is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team at The Reserve on Cave Creek in Phoenix, AZ. You will ensure the property remains well-maintained, responds to service requests promptly, and oversees safety protocols and preventive maintenance.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of multifamily maintenance supervision, with EPA and HVAC certifications, a valid driver’s license, and strong knowledge of building systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of multifamily Maintenance Supervisor experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• EPA Certification and HVAC Certification are required.
• Knowledge of building systems and preventive maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Organize, schedule and direct day-to-day maintenance operations.
• Lead on-site maintenance team; ensure 24-hour service responses and 50% rent-ready units.
• Inspect property to identify safety hazards and oversee corrective actions.
• Maintain logs, PM binder, and safety training compliance.
• Oversee unit turns, vendor coordination, and emergency responses.
• Represent the company professionally and enforce safety practices.
