Job summary

Goldberg Companies/GCI Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Cobblestone Court in Painesville, OH. This on-site role supports daily operations, ensures safety, and drives high resident satisfaction through hands-on supervision and efficient maintenance management.

The position requires at least 3 years in multifamily maintenance with prior supervisory experience, EPA certification, and the ability to work a non-traditional schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in multifamily apartment maintenance.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, building exteriors and appliances.
• Ability to use electronic communication professionally and efficiently.
• Dedication to exceeding the needs of all customers and building relationships.
• Self-motivation and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service and maintenance to keep community appearance and safety.
• Provide technical and project direction to the team to manage priorities.
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Prepare apartment homes for rent by performing repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances).
• Control expenses and anticipate future maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with Property Manager to create a community residents are proud to call home.
