Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and develop a skilled maintenance team in an industrial manufacturing setting. You will collaborate with production, engineering, and EHS to ensure safe, high‑quality uptime while implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.

You’ll manage work orders in CMMS, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement through Lean/TPM initiatives, cost control, and reliability programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years in a supervisory, lead, or maintenance planning role.
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with CMMS tools such as SAP PM, eMaint, or similar.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements, LOTO, and industrial safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support maintenance technicians across disciplines.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure quality, timely execution.
• Partner with production to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Use CMMS/EAM systems to manage work orders, backlog, and asset data.
• Support reliability programs including root cause analysis and KPI tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, TPM, or RCM principles.
• Manage spare parts, maintenance costs, and vendor coordination.
