Job summary

Yugo is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor II for our on-site campus property in Cayce, SC. You will oversee maintenance operations, respond to service requests, manage staff, and coordinate vendors while ensuring safety and high resident satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years supervisory experience, HS diploma, HVAC/EPA certification preferred, and a salary of $65,000 plus a $75 monthly phone stipend. On-site, full-time with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience required; experience in student housing/multifamily preferred.
• HVAC, EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect property regularly and identify maintenance needs while upholding safety and curb appeal.
• Assist Property Manager in delivering excellent customer service to residents, clients, vendors and employees.
• Prioritize, assign and monitor service requests to the maintenance team to ensure timely completion.
• Lead, supervise and train new maintenance team members; provide performance feedback.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life and reduce future repairs.
• Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities and ensure completion within budget.
• Manage inventory and equipment; ensure proper storage and safety compliance.
• Schedule and direct maintenance/repair work for turns, supervising vendors/contractors.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on site; conduct scheduled safety inspections.
