Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect property and identify maintenance needs to protect asset value.
• Assist the Property Manager in delivering excellent resident service.
• Prioritize and monitor service requests to ensure timely completion.
• Lead, supervise, and train maintenance team members; manage performance.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs to extend asset life.
• Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities; ensure completion.
• Manage inventory and equipment; ensure safe storage and budget adherence.
• Direct workers during turn events; supervise vendors and contractors.
• Adhere to safety regulations and conduct scheduled safety inspections.
• Participate in on-call rotation and assist with staffing decisions.
