Qualifications

• Experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Supervisory experience and ability to coordinate vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs employees and outside contractors in renovations, repairs, and grounds maintenance.
• Obtains bids from contractors and submits for action.
• Coordinates work, inspects completed work for conformance to specs.
• Assists in planning maintenance budget and participates in after-hours coverage.
