Job summary

The Morgan Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Houston to lead a team across property management and maintenance operations. You will oversee safety procedures, contractor supervision, and preventive maintenance across HVAC, electrical, and security systems.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, strong customer service, and knowledge of OSHA guidelines. A high school diploma or higher, EPA certification, and CPO credentials are preferred, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better is required.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Certified Pool Operator certification is preferred and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to MORGAN’s Maintenance, Emergency Procedures, Leasing and Marketing, Management and Operations, manuals along with the Team Member Handbook.
• Supervise a team of qualified Team Members who perform their jobs safely and provide customer service.
• Monitor building systems, fire, electrical, security, elevators, etc. Report unsafe areas to Community Manager.
• Conduct all work in compliance with OSHA and the MORGAN Operations manual.
• Maintain a safe workplace and train Team Members on safety procedures.
• Supervise external contractors and inspect work for quality and safety.
• Maintain all common areas and preventive maintenance for interiors and exteriors.
