Morgan Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team responsible for building operations at our Houston properties. You will supervise maintenance staff, oversee systems like HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, and enforce safety standards across all tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with facilities and property maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire protection systems.
• EPA Certification and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
• Ability to interact well with residents, vendors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of maintenance staff and ensure safe work practices.
• Monitor building systems and report hazards to Community/Property Manager.
• Perform and prioritize preventive maintenance across interiors and exteriors.
• Respond to service requests within 24 hours; ensure timely completion.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies within budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company SOPs.
