Job summary

Brookestone Meadows Rehabilitation and Care Center in Omaha, Nebraska, is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance, safety, and facilities operations. This full-time, on-site role requires supervising staff, coordinating repairs, and ensuring building systems remain safe and well-maintained, with collaboration across departments.

Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, and able to manage work orders, prioritize urgent needs, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or skilled nursing environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read manuals and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan, assign, and monitor daily maintenance activities.
• Oversee building and grounds, equipment, and systems for safety and presentation.
• Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and work orders.
• Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance and participate in surveys.
