Job summary

Elliron Residential seeks a seasoned Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance for a residential community. You will oversee building systems, manage work orders, and mentor technicians while upholding safety and quality standards.

Collaborate with property management to maintain curb appeal and resident satisfaction, develop preventive maintenance plans, and ensure regulatory compliance. English fluency is required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience in maintenance, facilities, or property management.
• Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of electrical systems, including low/high voltage.
• Experience with HVAC systems and facility maintenance practices.
• Proficiency with CMMS for work orders and inventory control.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and preventive maintenance planning.
• Leadership and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
• Project management abilities to plan and execute maintenance initiatives.
• Fluency in English; bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations for building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, infrastructure).
• Lead maintenance projects from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and safety standards.
• Manage CMMS to track work orders, preventive maintenance, inventory, and equipment history.
• Oversee troubleshooting and repairs of electrical systems and mechanical equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections using diagnostic tools to address issues.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians; provide guidance and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and local codes.
• Collaborate with property management to maintain curb appeal and resident satisfaction.
