Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Aurora Apartment Homes in Gold River, CA. The role supervises maintenance staff, manages work orders, and ensures safety and compliance with environmental and housing regulations.

Qualifications

• At least two years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment communities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall maintenance of the community and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Supervise, train and support maintenance team members and curb appeal.
• Escalate major repairs to the Community Manager and maintain safety standards.
• Provide input and collaborate with others while delivering results with minimal direction.
• Take initiative and balance teamwork with individual accountability.
• Maintain quality work and comply with maintenance and safety standards.
• Schedule periodic maintenance walks and coordinate third‑party vendors as directed.
