Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Lana at Lake Norman in Huntersville, NC. You will diagnose and repair issues in apartments and common areas, manage make-ready tasks, and ensure safety andGreystar standards across grounds and facilities.

You will handle inventories, coordinate with vendors, and participate in scheduled safety trainings while supporting cost-control measures and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications required for HVAC testing and handling refrigerants.
• State/local certification requirements apply.
• Must provide own hand tools unless prohibited by State law.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and diagnose defects.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units and prepare them for leasing.
• Inspect grounds, amenities, exteriors, and interiors to ensure Greystar standards.
• Schedule vendors and track maintenance tasks within budget.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance.
