UICGS / Bowhead Family of Companies is seeking a Site Supervisor in Anniston, Alabama, to lead maintenance and production operations for complex ground weapon systems. The role requires a minimum of ten years in management within Army logistics, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Applicants must hold a High School Diploma or GED, with a preference for a Bachelor's Degree. A valid driver's license and the ability to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level are also required.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of management experience in Army maintenance/production and logistics operations.
• Minimum five years’ experience with financial management and knowledge of Army Depot Information Systems.
• Minimum three to five years’ documented management experience managing 50+ personnel.

• Formulate annual execution plan for maintenance/production.
• Oversee development of operational programs related to budgeting activities.
• Evaluate mission performance and recommend program adjustments.
