Job summary

UIC Arctic Response Services, LLC is looking for a First-Line Supervisor at the Anniston Army Depot in Alabama. This role involves overseeing daily maintenance and production operations, ensuring compliance with Department of Defense regulations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintenance support, management skills for a workforce of 20+, and a solid understanding of safety practices. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but extensive logistics management experience may substitute. Must maintain a security clearance at the Secret level.

Qualifications

• At least 4-6 years of experience in Army depot level maintenance and production support.
• Minimum of 4 years’ documented management experience managing 20+ personnel.
• Competent in OSHA health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and production goals.
• Enforce safety guidelines for maintenance/production tasks.
• Track staff attendance and performance metrics.
