Job summary

UICGS / Bowhead Family of Companies is seeking a Site Supervisor for operations at the Sierra Army Depot in Herlong, CA. The successful candidate will oversee daily maintenance and production operations, ensuring compliance with strict Department of Defense regulations.

This is a management role that requires at least ten years of relevant experience in Army maintenance and production operations, alongside strong leadership and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of management experience in Army maintenance/production.
• Three to five years of documented management experience managing 50+ personnel.
• Requires mechanical aptitude and knowledge of military maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and personnel to ensure facility compliance.
• Plan and organize maintenance/production tasks.
• Establish and maintain liaison with other installations and agencies.
