Job summary

UIC Arctic Response Services, LLC seeks a Site Supervisor in Herlong, CA, to manage daily operations at the Sierra Army Depot. The ideal candidate will oversee maintenance and production tasks to ensure compliance with Department of Defense regulations.

Responsibilities include planning and organizing operations, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring efficient management of resources. The position requires at least ten years of management experience in Army logistics, with a strong emphasis on personnel management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years of management experience in Army maintenance/production and logistics operations.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience with financial management and knowledge of Army Depot Information Systems.
• Minimum of three to five (3-5) years’ documented management experience managing 50+ personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance/productions operations and personnel.
• Plan and organize assigned maintenance/production tasks.
• Monitor mission performance and make program adjustments.
