Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in multifamily apartment maintenance.
- Experience repairing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, building exteriors and appliances.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and on-call hours.
Responsibilities
- Maintain community appearance and resident safety.
- Respond to residential service requests promptly and professionally.
- Prepare apartment homes for rent by performing repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, building exteriors and appliances.
- Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor to maintain a high-quality community.
