Qualifications

• 2+ years in multifamily apartment maintenance
• Experience repairing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, exteriors and appliances
• Dedicated to exceeding customer needs with strong relationship skills
• Thorough, self-motivated and organized in task execution
• Able to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends and on-call
• Live on-site; 2-bedroom suite provided

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall appearance of the community and resident safety
• Triage and respond to residential service requests promptly
• Perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, exteriors and appliances to prep homes for rent
• Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor to uphold community pride and resident satisfaction
