GCI Residential is seeking an On-Site Maintenance Technician for the Liberty Hill community in Solon, OH. The role supports resident satisfaction through hands-on repairs and preventative maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multifamily apartment maintenance experience.
• Experience repairing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, exteriors and appliances.
• EPA certification or willingness to obtain and HVAC repair experience.
• Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call hours.
• Live on-site; 2 bedroom suite provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance of the community and safety of residents.
• Troubleshoot and respond to a wide range of residential service requests.
• Prepare apartment homes for rent by repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, and appliances.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor to sustain a community residents are proud to call home.
