Job summary

Glacier West Self Storage is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee on-site maintenance across multiple locations on the Olympic Peninsula, including Gig Harbor, Port Orchard, Belfair, Poulsbo, Silverdale, and Vashon Island. You will lead routine upkeep, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety and curb appeal across facilities.

The role requires 3+ years in facility maintenance, strong mechanical aptitude, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in facility maintenance.
• Self-storage facility experience is a plus.
• Live on-site and able to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of assigned properties on the Olympic Peninsula (Gig Harbor, Port Orchard, Belfair, Poulsbo, Silverdale, Vashon Island).
• Perform routine maintenance on units, facilities, grounds, security systems, and equipment.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and manage inventory of maintenance supplies.
• Coordinate with vendors and assist other properties as needed.
• Support staff development and adoption of workplace tools.
