Arlington Holding Company is seeking a proactive Service Manager to lead the maintenance team at Gateway at Cedar Brook. This role encompasses managing all apartment maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion of service requests, and maintaining a safe and compliant environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a property management setting.
• Must be capable of lifting weights up to 100 lbs and working in all weather conditions.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and inspire the on-site maintenance team.
• Manage all aspects of apartment maintenance including various trades.
• Ensure service requests are completed within 24 hours.

Skills

Hands-on maintenance experience (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry)

Supervisor or team lead experience
