Job summary

Bondex Inc. in Trenton, SC, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team and ensure safe, efficient operation of production and facility equipment on site.

You will direct preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot complex issues, and manage budgets while coordinating with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in maintenance management in manufacturing, strong mechanical/electrical skills, and experience with PLCs and CMMS.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and automation systems.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing maintenance budgets and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance operations across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility maintenance.
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures to minimize downtime.
• Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities to support production goals.
• Manage budgets, inventory, spare parts, and outside contractors.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards.
• Train and mentor maintenance personnel and collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Analyze downtime data and implement corrective actions using root cause analysis.
• Support installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement of equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS.
