Bondex Inc. in Trenton, SC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team and coordinate daily activities for safe and efficient operation of production and facility equipment.

This on-site role requires strong leadership and hands-on technical expertise across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. The ideal candidate will develop preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot downtime, and collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to improve

Qualifications

• 8+ years of maintenance management and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and automation systems.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and blueprints.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance operations across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility maintenance.
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures to minimize downtime.
• Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities to support production goals.
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, spare parts, and outside contractors.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Train and mentor maintenance personnel with cross-functional collaboration.
• Analyze downtime data and implement corrective actions using root cause analysis.
• Support installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement of equipment.
