Qualifications

• 8+ years in maintenance management in manufacturing.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating daily activities.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facilities.
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures to minimize downtime.
• Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians.
• Plan and schedule maintenance to support production goals.
• Manage budgets, inventory, spare parts, and contractors.
• Ensure OSHA and company safety standards are followed.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Analyze downtime data and implement root-cause actions.
• Support installation and continuous improvement of equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS.
