Job summary

Bondex Inc. in South Carolina seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team and oversee all plant equipment reliability. You will coordinate daily maintenance activities and ensure safe, efficient operation of production and facility systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of strong maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and automation systems.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and blueprints.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance operations (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility maintenance).
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures to minimize downtime.
• Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities to support production goals.
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, spare parts, and outside contractors.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards.
• Train and mentor maintenance personnel and collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Analyze downtime data and implement corrective actions using root cause analysis.
• Support installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS.
