Mercy Housing is seeking a Maintenance Manager for Mosaico Family Housing in Burien, WA. This on-site role collaborates with property management to maintain building systems and oversee budget and vendor contracts.

You will patch and paint, repair appliances, prepare units for new residents, perform routine plumbing and electrical repairs, and help manage the maintenance budget. The position offers benefits and opportunities to grow within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three years of skilled maintenance experience is preferred.
• Technical trades knowledge and a valid driver's license are required.

Responsibilities

• Patch and paint walls, trim, and ceilings.
• Repair appliances and maintain building systems.
• Prepare units for new residents and complete turnover work.
• Perform routine plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Assist with maintenance budget oversight.
• Coordinate and manage vendor contracts with the property team.
