Mercy Housing is seeking a Maintenance Manager for Mercy Rosa Franklin Place and Tahoma View in Tacoma, WA. This on-site, full-time role oversees building maintenance, budgeting, and vendor contracts with 32 hours/week at Rosa Franklin Place and about 8 hours/week at Tahoma View.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, 3+ years' skilled maintenance experience, and a valid driver's license. Technical certifications are preferred. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare units for new residents, including turnover work.
• Perform routine plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Assist with maintenance budget oversight.
• Coordinate and manage vendor contracts with the property management team.
