Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of skilled maintenance experience required.
• Technical expertise in one or more building trades.
• Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Patch and paint walls, trim, and ceilings.
• Clean, repair, and maintain appliances.
• Prepare units for new residents including turnover work.
• Perform routine plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance functions.
• Assist with maintenance budget oversight.
• Coordinate and manage vendor contracts with property management.
