Job summary

Mercy Housing in Denver is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to partner with property management in Cranes Landing to oversee building maintenance, turnover tasks, and vendor contracts within the affordable housing development.

You'll manage the day-to-day maintenance, help oversee the budget, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safe, quality work while supporting residents and the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of maintenance experience.
• Technical expertise in building trades.
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Patch and paint walls, trim, and ceilings.
• Clean, repair, and maintain appliances.
• Prepare units for new residents, including turnover work.
• Perform routine plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance functions.
• Assist with maintenance budget oversight.
• Coordinate and manage vendor contracts with the property management team.
