Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three years of skilled maintenance experience.
• Technical trade knowledge in building maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Patch and paint walls, trim, and ceilings.
• Repair and maintain appliances.
• Prepare units for new residents and turnover work.
• Perform routine plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance functions.
• Assist with maintenance budget oversight.
• Coordinate vendor contracts with property management.
