Job summary

Willamette Wine Country RV Park is seeking a Head of Maintenance to oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring facilities, infrastructure and equipment are safe, functional and well-maintained. You will lead preventive maintenance programs, supervise maintenance staff, coordinate with operations, and manage vendors to minimize guest disruption while maximizing comfort and safety.

Qualifications

5+ years of maintenance experience in hospitality or related environments.
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair work.
Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and make timely decisions.
Experience managing vendors, supplies, and maintenance operations.
HVAC/electrical certifications are a plus.
Experience with campground, marina, or utility systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily maintenance of buildings, RV sites, utilities, and common areas.
Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs.
Perform and supervise repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general systems.
Lead, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff while ensuring accountability and safety.
Respond to maintenance issues and coordinate with operations teams to minimize guest disruption.
Manage vendors, contractors, and maintenance-related inventory.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve safety or maintenance issues.
