Job summary

Horizon Realty Advisors is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Eugene, Oregon to oversee all aspects of property maintenance, appearance, and service operations within the established budget. The role blends hands-on repair work with team leadership to ensure a safe, well-maintained community.

Responsibilities include supervising the maintenance team, coordinating unit turns, managing preventative maintenance, and maintaining vendor relationships to deliver high-quality service and resident

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in property maintenance, facilities, or related field.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• HVAC Certification strongly preferred.
• CPO Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise, and support the Maintenance team, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance, service response times, and productivity.
• Complete and oversee service requests in a timely manner, ensuring quality work and resident satisfaction through follow-ups.
• Conduct unit inspections for move-in readiness and manage turn planning, including supply ordering, vendor coordination, and budget management.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and other building systems.
• Establish and maintain a preventative maintenance program and keep the maintenance shop organized and compliant with safety and OSHA standards.
