Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager at a single-site facility to oversee maintenance operations, ensure equipment reliability, and champion safety. You will report to the Maintenance Manager or Regional Maintenance Manager and help drive operational excellence across the site.

You will supervise technicians, manage PM/PdM programs, track KPIs and CMMS data, coordinate with operations, and support budgets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a management role overseeing maintenance teams.
• Proficient in preventive/predictive maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant management experience (preferred).
• Certification in maintenance management or reliability (e.g., CMRP, PMP) (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure safety training and audits.
• Lead PM/PdM programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Monitor KPIs (PM/PdM completion, high-severity breakdowns, OEE).
• Supervise maintenance technicians and coach skill development.
• Maintain CMMS data accuracy and support inventory, warranties, and budgets.
