Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Maintenance Engineer I in Boyne City, MI to uphold reliability of manufacturing equipment and facilities. You will implement preventive programs and support production processes on-site.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Experience with CMMS and scheduling/tracking maintenance activities.
• Familiarity with safety regulations in manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues on CNC mills and lathes; test panels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and equipment reliability.
