Job summary

You will implement and support maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize production processes, reporting to the Maintenance Manager on-site. The role emphasizes troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues, predictive maintenance concepts, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in maintenance engineering or related manufacturing role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems; includes troubleshooting and repair.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS) and scheduling/tracking of activities.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal operation.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to maintain production flow (CNC & manual mills and lathes, and test panels).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability.
