Lindsey Management Co., Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Director for Links at Oxford Apartments in Oxford, MS. You will oversee maintenance of apartment units and the office clubhouse, ensuring reliability and readiness to support daily operations.

The role requires experience in maintenance management with a focus on safety, budgeting, and staff leadership. On-site living is offered with a generous rent discount, and the position is full-time with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance repairs or management.
• Knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.
• Solid understanding of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Assigning tasks, creating processes for maintenance requests.
• Hiring and training new employees.
• Inspecting systems such as plumbing, heating and HVAC.
• Ensure health and safety policies are compliant.
• Monitorequipmentinventory and place orders when necessary.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Maintenance Department, including budgeting, scheduling, training, quality control, safety and compliance.
• Coordinate communication between management and staff regarding status of maintenance projects.
• Inspect building for signs of structural damage or other issues.
• Coordinate with contractors to take preventative maintenance updates.
• All other duties as assigned.
