Thompson Thrift seeks a Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations at a Class A multifamily community in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. You will drive occupancy, revenue growth, and resident satisfaction by guiding a on-site team and ensuring adherence to performance standards.

You will balance financial performance, team leadership, and resident experience while maintaining brand and service excellence. On-site role with flexibility for evening and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of progressive multifamily property management experience.
• 2+ years as a Community Manager preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and be on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop on-site team members to drive performance and customer service.
• Build relationships with residents and support retention and satisfaction initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, rent collections, expense control, and revenue optimization.
• Drive occupancy and leasing performance with marketing strategies and pricing.
• Monitor market and leasing metrics to inform decisions.
• Ensure maintenance requests are addressed promptly and make-readies are efficient.
