Job summary

Baseline Building Group is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the field team for luxury custom homes. You will own the on-site schedule, coordinate trades, ensure craftsmanship, and maintain client communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, directing subcontractors, and delivering homes on time and to exacting standards. This is a hands-on role requiring travel between active sites in the Newnan, GA area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing residential construction in the field, including high-end custom or luxury homes
• Background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture or equivalent field experience
• Fluency with coordinating trades, schedules, and on-site problem solving

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule work with realistic trade sequencing and long-lead materials
• Direct and coordinate all on-site trades and manage on-site quality
• Track costs against the budget and price field-driven change orders
• Be the face of the company on site and lead client walkthroughs and progress meetings
• Enforce site safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance
