Job summary

BuildForm, a luxury residential design-build firm serving the Hamptons and Long Island's East End, seeks a Construction Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day field operations from demolition to completion. You will coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, and the office team to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in residential construction, reads drawings, leads by example, and enforces safety on each site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction experience.
• 2+ years supervising remodeling or custom home projects.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities on multiple residential projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain schedules.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Verify work is completed according to plans and specs.
• Work with Project Manager, Coordinator, Designer, and clients.
• Review drawings, identify issues, and coordinate inspections.
• Maintain project logs, progress photos, and reports.
