You will oversee building systems, amenities, and infrastructure while guiding the on-site maintenance team and coordinating vendor services.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and cost-efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of facilities or property maintenance experience.
• Experience leading maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, life safety).
• Experience coordinating vendors and service contractors.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance and operations of building systems, common areas, and amenities.
• Lead, train, and support the on-site maintenance team.
• Coordinate building inspections, preventive maintenance programs, and vendor services.
• Monitor building performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain maintenance records, inventory, and operational documentation.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in after-hours on-call rotations as needed.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members.
