Qualifications

• Proficiency navigating computers and software to include Microsoft Office, Yardi, and various property management software applications.
• Ability to always maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, including interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with basic security procedures. Active NYS Security Guard License is a plus.
• Work authorization (required)

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents and guests in a friendly, professional manner; coordinate receipt of packages and deliveries.
• Provide information about community amenities, local services, and events; stay updated on local dining and entertainment options.
• Serve as a central point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and relaying messages as needed.
• Monitor building entrances and enforce access control policies to ensure resident safety.
• Adhere to workplace safety regulations and on-site procedures.
• Be on-site and mobile within the building to address matters and meet with tenants, staff, vendors, and visitors.
• Assist with moving and handling large packages up to 50 pounds in various spaces.
• Perform duties beyond core responsibilities as needed; work in areas with pets present during ordinary operations.
