Job summary

Priority1 is hiring for an on-site position in our Little Rock, AR office. You will quote LTL shipments, build shipments, and coordinate pickups, while maintaining strong customer service throughout a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience quoting LTL shipments and supporting sales opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Quote LTL shipments and assist Sales in closing opportunities.
• Create shipments, confirm pickups and delivery appointments.
• Communicate clearly by phone and email.
• Multitask efficiently, solve problems, and prioritize workload.
• Build relationships with Inside Sales and LTL teams under pressure.
• Identify customer needs and maintain a customer-service mindset.
• Handle inbound calls for shipment tracking and customer service.
• Use sound judgment to offer options and resolve problems.
• Prioritize projects with good judgment and adaptability.
• Adapt to changing priorities and work environment.
