Priority-1 Inc. is hiring for an onsite Logistics Support role in Little Rock, AR. The position focuses on accurately quoting LTL shipments, scheduling pickups, and coordinating delivery appointments. You will work closely with Sales and the LTL team in a fast-paced environment and must maintain a Customer Service mindset.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while delivering reliable service to customers.

Qualifications

• Accurately quote LTL shipments and assist Sales in closing opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy: 99% in building and quoting shipments.
• Efficiently manage email queue with <15 minutes lag.
• Build relationships with Outside Sales and LTL teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify customer needs and maintain a customer service philosophy.
• Use sound judgment to prioritize projects and offer solutions.
• Adapt to changes in work environment, priorities, or assignments.

Responsibilities

• Accurately quoting LTL shipments and helping Sales close opportunities.
