Job summary

Priority-1, Inc. in Little Rock, AR is seeking a dedicated LTL Sales Support Analyst to quote LTL shipments, schedule pickups and drive opportunities with Sales. The role requires precise communication and multitasking in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The successful candidate will build relationships with Outside Sales and the LTL team, manage inquiries accurately, and prioritize workload to maintain service levels while contributing to team success in a dynamic company.

Responsibilities

• Accurately quoting LTL shipments and finding ways to help Sales close opportunities
• Accurately building shipments, confirming pickups and delivery appointments
• Accurately communicate verbally and written
• Efficient by being able to multitask, problem solve, and prioritize workload
• Building relationships with Outside Sales and the LTL team as we work in a fast-paced environment that can become stressful
• Capable of identifying customer needs and maintain a customer service philosophy
• Ability to use decision making skills to offer options and resolve problems
