Connecticut Counseling Group seeks a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate to provide direct clinical services in outpatient settings. The LPCA will conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions for individuals, couples, and families.

This full-time, on-site role requires strong assessment, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, with ongoing supervision toward independent licensure. Evening hours are included.

Competenze

• Active Connecticut LPCA license (or eligibility) and master's degree in counseling, clinical mental health, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Experience providing counseling to diverse clients in outpatient settings is preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
