Connecticut Counseling Group is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate to deliver individual, couples, and family counseling in an outpatient setting across Connecticut locations including Stamford, Danbury, Shelton, Norwalk, and Mystic. This full-time, on-site role supports growth toward independent licensure through supervision and ongoing professional development.

• Active Connecticut LPCA license or eligibility and a master’s degree in counseling, clinical mental health, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Culturally responsive, trauma-informed, evidence-based counseling.
• Strong skills in assessment, diagnostic formulation, and treatment planning (DSM-5).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
• Comfort with in-person and telehealth platforms; basic proficiency with EHRs.
• Commitment to ethical practice, supervision, and professional development.
• Outpatient mental health experience; bilingual abilities a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct clinical services: intake assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with other providers; participate in supervision and case consultation.
