Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with low voltage installations and systems.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics and technical docs.
• Strong safety mindset; knowledge of electrical codes.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically able to lift equipment, climb ladders, and use tools.
• High school diploma; vocational training or licensing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair low voltage systems (structured cabling, CCTV, access control, fire alarms, etc).
• Read plans and schematics and pull/terminate cables.
• Set up panels and devices; test and certify systems.
• Document work performed and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with project managers, electricians, and clients to ensure safety and code compliance.
• Occasionally support after-hours or emergency service calls.
